This twist on the traditional chai may be caffeine free but it still has all the hot and spicy ingredients of a traditional chai. Rooibos offers a more mellow, yet flavorful base for the spices: aniseed, ginger, peppercorns, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. It may be missing caffeine but it's sure not lacking flavor!
Serve with milk and sugar as you would your regular chai and enjoy the positive effects on mind and body.
