Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should wish to return an item please ensure you follow these guidelines to expedite your return.

Return Policy Rules
  • Any opened tea or infusion product is non refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days to make a return, from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product).

  • To start a Return
    • Login to your online account
    • Click on 'Order History'
    • Click on the 'Return Items' button for the order
    • Send us an email explaining what and why you want to return an item. We shall send you a Return Authorization number (RA nr)
    • Return the item to us. Our return address is posted on the website and the packaging slip. No returns will be accepted without the RA nr

  • The returned product does not have to be back in our warehouse within 30 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper.
Returns Must be Complete
  • If your return is not complete it will be rejected by our Returns Department and put aside for 30 days. Upon request the item can be returned to the customer for an additional shipping charge.

  • All returns must include the following:
    • The product has to be in new condition
      An opened tea or infusion product will not be refunded
      Used, damaged or broken items will not be refunded
    • Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
    • Original return slip or packing slip
    • Manufacturer documentation (manuals, registration information, etc.)
Return Conditions
  • Return can only be issued within the 30 day timeline specified in the Basic Return Policy.
  • Returns will be your responsibility and should be through an authorized facility such as a Post Office, a UPS facility or a Mailboxes, etc. facility. Insurance for the returned item is your responsibility.
After the Return is Received at the Warehouse
  • Please allow up to fourteen days for your return to arrive at our Returns Department, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.
  • Depending on the applicable policies above, you can request either a credit or a replacement when you return your product. If you request a credit, your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved. If you request a replacement product, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment once your return is processed and approved. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.
  • We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). If you need a replacement sooner than the timeline outlined above, please place a new order on the website, independent of the returns process.
